hills hurt

This past weekend I got back on my old heavy mountain bike for the first time since well early June. And it sort of hurt but I loved it. There are certain aspects of training or working out in general that you might not like such as hills, intervals, balance poses and I’ve heard terrible things about leg day. Just remember though it’s worth it! Just like in life uphills happen but just wait for the downhill!
